I bought two water bottles for Marco, Max & Gizmoe. The one they currently had broke, and Marco's was coming apart at the seam (I think because I put it in the dishwasher). I bought the two at $5.97each. The same day they started leaking, I thought because the ball that blocked the water, then moves when they drink sometimes it doesnt go into place. Well these ones fall off the cage, little movement and it falls off. So the guinea pigs keep knocking it off, and Marco will move in his cage, and just the movement will make it fall. I woke up to two big puddles of water on my floor. I was so annoyed as its bottled water, I cant use the tap water at how bad it tastes. It was just a waste of money as far as Im concerned.

I would have been pretty disgusted by that as well. Not only did the bottles not work properly which wasca waste of time and money buying them when you could have chosen a different brand if you had known this brands bottles were worthless. On top of that you also wasted the bottled water you had to pay for. I would call the company to let them know how unhappy you are.

I sent them an email before heading to work, so I hope to hear back from them. But yes it was a waste of money and I ended up having to buy another brand anyways as these wouldnt hold the water properly.

I hope so too. I sent an email before work, and probably take a day or two to hear back.

First of all, I have to tell you that it might take quite some time before you hear back from the company. Once you do hear back from there there is probably going to be one of two things that they will do for you. The first thing that could happen is that they might send you replacement water bottles (which might not be any better than the original bottles that you purchased). The other possibility is that the company might offer to refund your money if you return the defective water bottles to them.
