I am really confused about the referral scheme on Mylot.. Help me out..

Hey guys, i am not able to understand the policy behind the referral scheme. Recently i had sent friend requests to most of my friend's email id's and one of them joined and i got the notification that one of my friend joined as my referral. But when another friend on mine whom i had sent a friend request from this site joined, he was not added to my referral list. So i wanted to know the exact procedure of this policy. What the receiver has to do after he receives my request in order to be added to my referral list? Please help me out!

Some people have their browsers set to reject cookies. The information containing your referral ID is stored in a cookie so that whatever page the person visits first, when they come to sign up, the system will register them as your referral. If someone has their browser set to reject cookies, this information cannot be stored and the person won't sign up as your referral.
