Thinking of our life in the next life

Whatever we don't have in our present life we should hope to have in the next life
As I believe in heaven or the next life, I just think the friends I lost and the things I don't have and dreams I have not realized, I would have them someday in heaven or in the next life. Although we should strive to do everything we can do to achieve them in our present life. But sometimes due to our fault and our mistakes in life that we may tend not to reach our dreams or loss those important to us. So that thought somehow help me with going on in life.

You are right. Even if we do everything to achieve our desires in life, the mistakes and the faults we did in the past can stop us and fail us to reach our goals. In my next life, I hope I won't make the same mistakes anymore.

I have been brought up where people around mostly dont believe in next life.So I can't persuade me to believe in it either.It used to make me feel sad when I was a boy that I would be gone someday.I always admire people with belief in next life.I think it can make you feel peace in life and need not to live too hard to fulfill your all sorts of desires.For me,I'll just try to learn to be content with what I can have and get rid of anxiety.

Hi hotsummer,Many people think that way but in reality, the only time we will ever have is now. We will I believe, get other opportunities but we will have to take advantage of everything we are offered for even in the next life it will still be now. Blessings.

It is a good thing to make these kinds of thought to be able for us to keep on trying to make a better life. I have also though about what it would be like in the after -life. But I didn't think of the material things that I may lack now to be available for me there. What I have in my mind would be a very tranquil place and that seeing your departed loved ones will be with you all the time- no pain, no sickness, all happy feeling.

Hey thanks a ton for such a beautiful discussion. Well i think all of us would definitely like to take birth as a human being. Life is unpredictable and uncertain and many dreams crashes and many people are lost each day. We should always be hopeful that those people are met and dreams our fulfilled in our next life. But we should keep continuing to chase our new dreams and always pray for the souls of our lost ones.
