I'm going to get a binder for the training notes

We have a lot of online training for my job at the pet store. I currently have it all in my inbox. So my manager actually said how she printed them all off, and put them in a binder. This was a perfect idea, so I can flip back and review it instead of it being lost in my inbox. I am going to go to the Dollar store and buy a buinder for this. I have another training session on Friday, then a big pile through their online system that you do on your own time.

That is actually a super idea. Before the time that everyone had computers in their homes, all of the training for a new job was done in person and we were typically given either a folder or a binder with all of the training materials in them. Now many places have switched to online training as this is something that is cost saving to the company. However, in doing this we do not have as easy access to a hard copy of the training materials. To take it upon yourself to have a folder or a binder to refer to these materials is a great thing for you and it will also show your employer that your job is important to you.

Printing something that we need to study at or for future reference is one good thing to do. Sometimes reading selections from the computer itself is very tiring to the eyes. Actually, I myself do this. I have printed several articles especially those with regards to forex because I am trying to study them. I am also planning to print the articles I had submitted to my sites for compilation. This is a very good idea. Thank you for sharing this.
