I think you just need a relaxation. Quit awhile for school works and do some enjoyments.Think for some things that makes you happy. Do your hobby once in a while. Do not do your school works always.Set aside for awhile and think for your inspiration. Think what really inspires you to do that school works.Who will be happy if you are very dedicated in doing that.

Studying hard! - ...is a good thing...but health should be maintained I feel.
Well each person is different. It's good that you work hard, because so many students are lazy. By working hard, you are maximising your chances of future success and happiness. So, you can focus on that to try to cheer yourself up. Try and enjoy your study, even when it's hard, enjoy the fact that you are learning things: knowledge can be power in life. You can help to reduce your depression by pacing yourself: make sure you eat well; and sleep well: it's not worth ruining your health over. Try perhaps to exercise a little during your study periods; and take healthy snacks rather than indulge to excess in substances such as coffee, or other stimulants. Perhaps you can take the occasional power nap; but it's best not to skip sleep, or meals: this will affect concentration, and runs the risk of harming your health. I'm no expert, because it's a long time since I studied. But I hope maybe my advice helps a little.

It is very important that you look after your mental health just as much as you look after your physical health, because if you're not happy then this is something that is going to have a large impact on your overall health. One of the things that you have to do is to make sure that you are organised with your school work. This means that you won't leave everything until the last minute and you should therefore find that it doesn't cause you the same amounts of stress as it would have done otherwise. Another thing that you should really do is to seek help if you're feeling depressed, because you shouldn't have to cope with it on your own.

I hope that things will get better for you. You should set aside time for yourself so that you can be able to relax. I'm sure though that with school just starting you are very overwhelmed. I guess perhaps if you schedule your homework to where you take breaks hopefully that will help.

easiest thing, Take an off from everything and just go for a walk in the night when there is this silent cool breeze all over the place. Never carry any music players or any other cell phones or any gadgets. Just you and only you. Just go and enjoy the breeze with the random thoughts running in your mind. See things, observe things around you. Take your own time as much as you can outside and then I am sure when you are back, you will be alright and you would get that sound peaceful sleep, so that you would be relieved of your tensions pretty soon. Try this, It'll help you a lot.
