Hello. I want to ask that if your mylotter friend ask you to lend $1 or $2 in his paypal/payza account would you do it? I think $1 or $2 is not much deal and at that price people eat chocolate or Mc Donald's burger. But the thing is how much you trust your mylotter friend. So would you help your mylotter friend. Cheers.

Well, perhaps if you know the person personally. Why, does somebody asked you? I personally was asked by a friend if I could lend him an amount to pay for his upgrade but I was not able to give him because it would cost $17 and I don't have that money when he asked me. That was several months ago.

Hi. $17 is huge money as compared to $1 or $2 and I think we would be skeptical to pay that amount. Cheers.

Hello Swats, I don't lend money to friends as I know lending/borrowing money is not good for any relationship so I avoid doing so. But it depends on the circumstances and the person too.

This the most vocal question I have ever encountered here in myLot.I do not let anyone even my best of friend lend me money just like asking a candy to buy.Our earnings here take sometimes to earn even if you say a dollar or two.Now I think you are ready to have your earnings be lend by just anyone here in myLot.I do not think so that you have to lend it by just your friend, even if they are your friend it is very hard to earn a dollar here.Sorry I do not tend to earn just to be given to others, that I myself was in need to cover my other expenses.I can help others in need of help in other forms of help.

You maybe right that I am a little bit of harsh with my earnings.I may call a friend all my myLot acquaintance, yet they are not true friends as you mention because you were just called friends because of the discussions made that made you a friend because you have the same sentiments in other topics made.AS true friend are the ones you know very well because you keep not just in touch but also see each other frequently,as in a neighbor or other friends in the place near your house. That is what you cal a friend, who sometimes needs your attention is really a FRIEND IN NEED THAT NEEDS PROTECTION AND LOVE,yet friends who are just from myLot friend due to certain topics of likening to discuss is another type of a friend.

Hi. You are little harsh that you will not pay it to your best friend. You listen this "A friend in need is friend in deed". Money comes and goes but friends remain forever. I agree that we are not rich here and its hard to earn but little bit of help can be useful to our friend. Cheers.

I don`t like much to lend money to people, no matter who they are. Usually people who need some money don`t ask me for it. And one or two dollars means that the person is asking money everywhere as that amount is nothing. I would not give it. But I have given money to a couple of friends who have not asked me for money. If I can help, I will. I don`t lend a small amount, I give it.

Yes. I completely agree with you. It's better not to lend money but to give for who are in need indeed. We are here only to share knowledge but not money, as it is out of topic among members.

I can only think that a person who asks for $2 is a beggar. Two dollars will not help much if you don`t find several people who will give you that. I have the firm belief that none of the mylotters are very poor people. Very poor people don`t have money to have computers and have access to internet. So, when someone talks about poverty online I say "give me a break!" Take care and happy posting!

And one more thing... We can donate these $1 or $2 for the sites, which are online for a good cause and if we do it, it helps them to exist online for a long and to give them an opportunity to help more. Keep posting.

a pleasant day to you, with regard to your query, lending a money to the person you didn't see yet is quite difficult. irregardless of the amount but there are times, you will not measure it according to this stage, instead, you will just look at it according to the trust that was build-up. so if i will be at this situation, i will measure situation accordingly.

No, I wouldn't and I wouldn't also dare borrow from any Mylot member. It is embarrassing. We do not even know each other here. No, it is not a good idea to start borrowing money from online friends. However, if someone wants to donate or give you a gift, or cash gift, then I think it is all right to receive it and thank the person for her or his generosity. But I have never experienced this though. But if all Mylot members will respond to all my discussions, then I think it is like they're giving me money for making me earn, right? So I should all of them for doing such a good deed.

Hi. Nice response. It maybe embarrassing for you but I think other person may need it desperately. We can't trust anyone online. Who knows why he asked the money and will he re pay the loan. Gifts can be shared with friends as you said here. Also you mentioned the best price for person in mylot is to get many response in discussion. Cheers.

Don't kid yourself. That's not a loan. If you give that money, don't expect to get it back. Say someone has a thousand friends and the person asks each one for a dollar. People think, ah, that's not much and they lend it. If only a quarter of the people respond, he will have $250 and he ain't giving anything back.

hi swats if I am asked to help via Private message and he or she is a good mylotter friend I would of course lend one or two dollars but if I am asked via a discussion no as that would break one of the rules of mylot to not ask for funds or donations. I would give not lend as lending usually sours for me as the loaneee never repays me. I would help if I could but a lot of times I am in the same boat needing to have a loan myself. t

I think that it depends on the situation. If I accept a friend request and immediately receive a PM where he or she asks me lend them money I would turn down the request even if it was a small amount. If it was a Mylot friend that I have known for many years and if we had talked in discussions and in PMs in the past I would be willing to help. I would probably give them $1 or $2 instead of them lending them the money. Actually I have never borrowed money from an online friend and no one has asked if they could borrow money from me, but if it happened my reaction would depend on the situation and depend on my relationship to that person. If it was a new friend I would probably reject the request.

Only if I knew them really well, even then I would suggest that they make a few discussions and try to gain some extra dollars by doing a task. I know that we are all here to make friends and the money that comes from that is nice but this is not a money making site. Loaning money to friends makes you the bank and them the customer, its best to not loan money, now if you don't want it back and can trust them and you have it to give, then do so.

Hello swats I have never asked for money to anybody, I feel very very ashamed, instead I ask for credits, and I pay them. I don´t ask money to my family, I wouldn´t ask money from nobody. I have lend money once 250 to a person I met in the children`s school, and she payed me back, it was for her family. But really I avoid all that kind of situations, because I don`t ask money, I look how to deal with my own problems, I expect people do the same, no matter if he were mylotter or not. It`s the best way to live in peace, I give my time and love to my community since 17 years ago, I think that I share my time, I hope that this would be enough to show my love and care for people. Don`t you think so? Blessings swats... dainy

I am an one who tries to keep the relations tightly. I always just tries to have a good relation with each of them and lending money is not a quite big issue. I will surely do it if any of my friend need it to meet his personal needs. It doesn't matter it is an online friend or an offline friend. Friends are always friends. It doesn't matter how distant they are. They stays in my heart.

I really dont like to lend money to anyone. But like you say 1 or 2 dollars isnt much. And if they had the guts to ask for it, they might really need it bad. So id say go ahead and loan it to them.

Nice to hear you have such great heart. We can help the person if the person can change the life with $2. You know if we convert dollar in different currencies w.r.t country then it would be high. So for you $2 is nothing but for that person it can be useful. Cheers.

I'll just give the two dollars away, it's not too much to ask. If he/borrows more than $5 I would think twice lols because that's already half of my maximum earning I could get here.

I probably would if it's just 1or2 but it also would depend on how long would we be friends here on my lot and how active he/she is here. I won't mind lending though specially if that person is indeed in need. But because of some people who does that for a living like asking money as if they really in need but is really not, I would like to get some kind of info why she/he needs it. The thing is... why would you ask money at co-mylotters knowing we all earn here a little. hahahaha. I spent a week earning my 1dollar commenting or sometimes more than a week. How could someone ask me for that . Happy mylotting anyway. :))

Hi. Yes trust is the main thing here. If we know the person here on mylot for long time we can help him. Earnings here on mylot is slow and we need to work hard to get paid here. Cheers.
