How Do I Find Out Who Has 'Special Friend'-ed Me on Facebook?

You know, how when you categorize someone as a 'special friend' on Facebook and so you're emailed a notice for each of their updates?
I wonder who has made me THEIR 'special friend'; How do I find out?
'Is there an app for that?' (I forget; is that a famous Facebook-question or a famous 'mobile device'-question?)

I have not seen any apps that tell you that kind of information. It would be nice though to know that you're special lol. I myself have not bothered tagging anyone as being special. I just have a few people on the restricted list because they're for example my friends business. A lot of people get on that account.

I'm guilty of 'trying to use Facebook as a traffic-booster.' I don't really do that so much anymore, but I understand when people do. I use the 'special friends' notices so that I don't have to open Facebook & wade through all the '****' to get to the updates of the people I really care about (even if they are just 'texting it in' & not even looking to see if anyone responds).
(**** ... oh, what's a good word for 'SP@M that isn't really SP@M, that--while it IS just thrown out there for money's sake--isn't really "in violation"'?)
