Account in Google Ad Sense disapproved

What are the reasons or possibilities that your account in google ad sense is disapproved?
Does the multiple accounts meaning that you have multiple types of blogs in just one account or it is because you have created different types of google account?
Do I still have a chance that my account will be approved after it is being disapproved or it is really disapproved forever?
I am actually worrying of my account that is being disapproved by google ad sense. I haven’t discovered nor read what are the reasons how come my account was disapproved.

It is not disapproved forever , Didnt they tell you the reason for it being disapproved ? you just correct what to be corrected , my fiance own was disproved because of wrong address but I had mine since 2009 had no idea what it was or when I got it .
They always give a reason , that would be very odd if they didnt .

They will sometimes not give a specific reason if the site submitted does not match a number of their requirements. In that case, it is necessary to read ALL of the requirements carefully and to change the site accordingly.
