The stars represent our reputation here. 1 is the lowest, 10 is the highest. Which star we get depends on how other Mylot members rate our posts.

Star besides our username appears when we reach the 100 user rating. You have already reached that and you also have a star. The star represents your myLot reputation. It rises and fall every time a member rate your post. That's why we better be always good and respectful in every posts we will make. By the way, I just noticed, you have already more 200 user rating, it means you can also use emoticons like this,

hi I bet you have not read the FAQs that would tell you about the stars and
'reputations. no black stars here so I dont know why you saw a black star?'You get your star once you h ave 20 0 points after your username. the stars and rep;utation shown by the percentage in y our star c ome from us my lotters
rating one another's posts either plus for good, minus for bad or hit the
exclamation sign to report a post that is insulting.Also read the gu idleines and the star and the reputation are important as they are figured into themylot eanings algorithm so strive for red or blue.the stars with the percentage represent'yhour reputation as given to your posts by fellow my lotters.we all are supposed to
rate everyone as we read their poss.

now your star is having pink/purple colour. that is for star 6. blue is 10. red is 9 like that it goes.

As a member gets 100 in bracket he is awarded rating as per marking given by other members -- you must be aware you can put + or - for responses of others, discussions of others, comments of others. Minimum is 0 and maximum 10. take the cursor to your star--it now shows 62. As you reach you will move to 7 star. best wishes
