Seek God's Direction

It is written in the Bible in Psalm 139:24, "See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." People at times do not reflect on themselves. Sometimes I'm guilty of that too. The verse above reminds me to reflect on myself and my ways. I ask God for help to reveal my human frailties. What do you think of the verse above?

a humble response before God's eyes. David knows that he is not perfect and thus he commits sins before the Lord. Sometimes he could not recognize those faults so he longs for God's loving search that he may turn away from those sins.

I think that is a good verse for all of us to use as a prayer. We probably miss the mark of the glory of God in ways we are not aware of. This is what is part of growing in Christ.

Yes we must beg direction to God. If we don't want direction, we won't get.

Just great. Sometimes we need to spend time in soul searching. And with that I mean, self examination. Not only with our actions but also with our words. II Cor. 13:8, "Examine yourselves, whether you be in the faith; prove your own selves...". Have a nice great day.
