Would Quranic Property-Law Keep the City & DMV from Using Drivers to Kill Me?

This morning, I concluded that the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles, the group responsible for licensing all the *reckless* drivers out there) and the City are trying to kill 'retarded pedestrians' (like me). This conclusion may seem like it's taken me TOO long to formulate; but I try not to be swift to accuse people of hiring people 'to do that.' I reached that conclusion because of a 'legal dispute' I've discussed at http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2719248.aspx and was hit by a car (looked for that discussion, but people on myLot are too greedy for me to search anymore for now). That 'dispute' showed me that the City would rather dangle me in front of 'dangerous idiots' (fools operating heavy equipment) than allow 'my safety' to infringe on 'their comfort.' Deeply studying religion, I read the holy texts of various religions. Currently reading Islam's Al Qur`an (a.k.a. the Quran), I came across a passage which would set a clearer standard here (I guess): 004.005 "Give not unto the foolish (what is in) your (keeping of their) wealth, which Allah hath given you to maintain; but feed and clothe them from it, and speak kindly unto them." The 'foolish' the Quran is referring-to are "one's unschooled orphans," but the principle is the same: don't give idiots more power than their tiny minds can handle. Kinda proves one of the ways this IS a Christian Nation---the DMV isn't going to STOP 'giving wealth unto the foolish' like this until it threatens their own inclusion in the 'Kingdom of God' (or whatever our Babylon-Building understanding says 'Life in These United States' is supposed to be.) If this were a Muslim nation, someone would swiftly correct them---punishing them for allowing such foolishness to go on, and modifying the system to more-effectively filter the lazy idiots out. So ... what do you think? Should I drag the DMV and 'their sponsors' (the Country, State, City & licensed-driver within it) into the courtroom for 'justice' (placing myself as 'ruler of a nation within a nation'?)?
