Adebayor went from a hero to villain in matter of minutes in an action packed north london derby. Adebayor opened the scoring for the Spurs, before making a wild tackle to get a red card. Arsenal then came back from a goal down to take control of the match with the numerical advantage. Goals from Mertesacker, Walcott, Cazorla, Giroud and Podolski gave Arsenal a big win that was very much needed for the gunners. Apart from Adebayor the other goal came from Bale who was the best of the Spurs players on the day. Cheers! Ram

What a game and result. It's a pity that I can't watch the game because of my brother wedding that day. To make things sweeter, the other team from the top apart from West Brom and ManCity all lose the game. It make Arsenal closer to the leading pack. The difference with this team this season is the amount of possible goal scorer in it. Last season most of the goals comes from RVP and Theo. Now we can expect goals regularly from the like of Giroud, Podolski, Walcott, Carzola. Arsenal now need to build on this win to take the league by storm and I believe if this continue Arsenal will at least win something this season.

Congratulations on your brother's marriage. I think you missed a party at Emirates though. It was really a good match for the gunners, probably their best this season. But of course, the defense is still a cause for concern. Cheers! Ram

The good news is that Gibbs is back and so is Schzeny in the goal. I think this will strengthen the gunners at the back. Cheers! Ram

Thanks. I really miss the party at emirates. Watching the highlight is not enough. I just want to watch the whole game LIVE. I think the defense miss Kieran Gibbs at the left back. The speed of Gibbs at the leftback look very important now. If I'm not mistaken, Arsenal haven't kept a clean sheet since Gibbs out injured.

I hope so. But actually speaking I am not so sure. The defense is still pretty fragile and one or two bad results can again turn this team on it's heels. Anyhow for the moment it was a good win to savor. Cheers! Ram

Adebayor is the villain. He's red card is the turning point of the matach. Arsenal won the game but they still need to be cautious as winning such a game with 1 more player than the opposite could not demonstrate that they are in a good performance. Adebayor is the worst player in this matach. He scored a goal but got sent off too early. Bale is the best player for the spurs. He's incredible that he scored once after Adebayor sent off and his team is 3 goals behind. Spurs had some chances to score more goals. As they had only 10 players, their performance is just so so. The good news for Arsenal is that Giroud begins to keep scoring in these 2 games.

Yes, and it was an uncalled for challenge with Spurs leading and the ball in Arsenal half for him to go for that challenge. Bale was undoubtedly the best player for Spurs on the park. Even with 10 players he was one player who threatened to bring Tottenham back in the game for a brief period. Cheers! Ram

it`s bad for Hugo Lloris when he fight for his place, he maybe makes dissapointed games for AVB.. it`s derby and maybe this is the hardest challenges for AVB for choosing his first goalkeeper.. Arsenal play better than AVB..we should say it..

I think Lloris did pretty decent in the goal. But the one man advantage was too much for the Spurs defense. I did not think that Lloris had too much of a chance to stop any of the goals that Arsenal scored. Cheers! Ram

Well done Arsenal. It is always a pleasure to beat Spurs but to repeat the 5-2 scoreline, it is unbelievable. No one thought that would have happened after Adebayor put the Whites ahead. However, his sending off seems to have galvanized Arsenal as they start to attack, something which did not happen prior to that. The result last season kick-started Arsenal's season as they surge towards and eventually clinch the third spot. Hopefully this will be the same for this season. Nonetheless, they have coined the new term 5pur2, and the fans are loving it.

Now it is two in two with the same scoreline for the gunners. This February they had beaten them by the same scoreline after being two goals down. This time around they went one goal down before they came back for a 5-2 win. I like the 5pur2 term :). BTW, latest news doing rounds another former Arsenal boy Bendtner might be moving to Spurs!! Cheers! Ram
