Painting Model suggestion

I suddenly have this desire to bring out the artist in me again as I used to love painting and drawing pictures when i was young. Now, I wanted to take it to the next level and try to make my artworks more presentable. But I don't really know what can be my inspiration or what is a good model to paint. Any suggestion? I think we should do something that will make us happy and live our fullest potential. We should try to improve our skills and if we want to achieve something, do it now. Don't waste a precious minute of our life.

Yes, enhance whatever talents you have. Practice makes perfect. and yes, it is there so nourish it. These are the sentences I like to use to encourage you to do what your heart's desire. You can try nature... go to a nice nature place and start painting it.. two things you will have, you will enjoy the view, you will be relaxed, you will be able to paint. Mood will set in because you are thinking about it.

I was hopeless at art at school and my teachers would criticize anything I produce and so would the kids in my class so I just didn't bother. A few years back I decided I wanted to do some art classes, so I booked myself on a college course, we had to draw a picture of a bottle with a bunch of grapes besides it, I tried my hardest but no matter how many times I tried to draw it to scale it turned out a mess. I admire anyone who has that creative talent in them. I would love to draw a picture of a sun setting over the beach with the ocean in the distance. I find drawing public transport easier and drawing people the hardest.
