He's Breaking Records!!!

I'm very happy and proud of my husband. He's on his second month handling an elite group of sales agents in the new company, and he has resolved all the current issues hindering their ability to perform. His team broke records year on year and month on month. They are making the impossible, possible.
I never doubted on his capabilities. I knew he would be able to bring the team up again.

Oh yes, he is. That makes us even happier, because each good performance is finacially rewarded. What's good for the company, is also good for us.
That's the great thing about this new job, because incentives are always up for grabs, unlike his previous company which he served for 8 years.

In terms of financial rewards, yes, it is the best company in town. However, one must always strive to excel, otherwise, you won't stay too long.

It goes to show that he is a good leader. He was able to motivate and encourage his team to earn more and do their best. Anything is possible as long as you put your determination and effort on it. I am proud for your husband, keep him up the good work..

Yes, he really is a good leader. One that people wants to follow. I was once one of his subordinate when he was still a supervisor in the previous company, and I respected him a lot. His team is lucky to have him.

Thanks. I do hope that bonus will come in. As far as incentives, he sure will get some for hitting and exceeding their goals. But I still hope that his boss will give him something more to encourage him to do an even better job.

That's right. When I was with the company, as a manager, I really think I lack more confidence in myself. People believed in me, but I don't seem satisfied with my knowledge and experience. Confidence really makes you go a long way.

I really am lucky and blessed to have him for a husband. Not many women have a responsible and loving partner. I will do everything to take care of this marriage.
