How will we be happy?

I am very sad any method to get happy anyone who have better idea to get happy?

Happiness is a choice. So first you have to say to yourself you will be happy from now on. You will do everything in your power to make yourself happy. Each morning you wake up and are still in bed you say: Today is the best day of my life, I will do everything to make myself happy, no matter what. Write down every day 3 things you did to make yourself happy (3 things to start with can be a very small thing like a hot cup of tea, a walk in the sunshine, a unexpected nap, etc). Also write 3 things down daily you appreciated other people did for you (can be a smile, a compliment, open a door for you etc..). Also write down 1 thing you had for free each day. It's a start.. you will see in time you will gather more and more things that make you happy (and probably forget about those small things you started with, but don't forget about saying each morning: this day will be the best day of my life!). Each day is a new start, even each moment is. We do remember the bad things most, which is natural since these things we should take a lesson out. But that doesn't mean there is nothing good on a bad day. So focus on making yourself happy, pamper yourself instead of others. Use your good energy for you. Have a close look at your life, the people surrounding you. Might be you have to practise or force yourself to look happy or smile at the start with with a positive attitude you will also attract positive people with positive energy. An other step you have to take is make a scedule for your future. No need to start with with one over 10 or 20 years.. the future is also in 3 months or 6 months. What do you want for you? How can you reach that? What time will it need? Focus on that goal and don't let yourself be stopped by the bad "road" you have to take to reach that goal.

I know most people needs money to be happy and contented in life,yet most people who have financial freedom does not know how to become happy,because they tend to be busy how to multiply their money.In the other hand most people who do not have enough money tend to discover the art of making money out of their small resources.This could sometimes make them happier,because they manage to increase their savings. Contentment is the key to a happy life,because you are not finding more than anything you could actually afford to spend.

i think you should really try to get rid of yourself of what is making you unhappy. you should try to focus your mind and strength more on what in in front of you that is of a good reason for you to be happy. :D

What is the thing that is making you sad, if I may ask? You could talk to your friends or family about what is making you sad and this may help. I may have some more answers for you if I knew what you were sad about?

Get a book about joke, I believe this will make you laugh. Bad mood will be far away from you. Sometimes, happiness depends on your attitude. if you have positive view upon things, then you will feel everthing is so nice and then you will be happy.

Sorry that you are not in good spirits. I think that there are different methods for different times and people, but I can suggest a few: 1. Do something you have enjoyed in the past. Listen to uplifting music, go dancing, go on a hike in a beautiful place, etc. 2. Get out of the house. Meet up with someone, go to a park, a coffeeshop, or volunteer somewhere. Breaking up your routine is usually positive. 3. Work on your mentality. If you expect yourself and others to be perfect, you will be disappointed. If you expect a good day, you are more likely to have it. If you expect that people will like you, you are more likely to be comfortable with them and they will like you. Don't allow yourself to dwell on negative thoughts. All the best!

I'm sorry to hear that you are sad. Life can be tough. Some of the things that I would suggest is looking up life quotes. Reflecting on those, and changing our attitude and help us a great deal. I hope that you will start to feel better soon.

Happiness is a choice. No matter how depressing life can be, if you choose to be happy you can be happy. One thing I do to make me happy is to count my blessings and appreciate what I have. No matter how blessed you are, if you keep your attention on the matters that you do not have you will never be happy. So, look at the brighter side of everything. count your blessings and consider a glass half full than half empty. :)

Abraham Lincoln once said "You are as happy as you make up your mind to be!" I agree with this quote some. In order to be happy and have the attitude of happiness we can't let other people dictate how we feel, or let what they do get to us. It is a hard task, because sometimes people can be very evil and it does wear on ones' spirit. I can be happy several times during the day if I'm not thinking about those negative people. I can also be sad when I think about how the cashier tried to "cheat" me or the person pulling out of Burger King almost "hit" me because they were not paying attention. Those are the things we have to let go of, and know in our hearts that it's not us..it's them and speaks to their character, and rise above such incidents and uncaring people. Other than that, watching a funny show, playing with the kids, going shopping and just writing down things that we are going to buy or taking pictures are things that make me happy.
