Today, this evening i go to cybercafe. After near 1 hour in there i see 1 kid going to me and ask a money from me. I say to her i dont have money but she keep force me and follow me. After that i give her money but she say that is not enough she want more. I say to her ask money from your mum and your daddy. She still follow me that makes me uncomfortable. After that i just ignore her. She also not follow me after i ignore. Ahh i think my decision give her money is not good decision. I know she is just cheat me. Of course after this she ask money again if she see me. Did you have experience like this and what you do?

since we have mercy on this girl, and we give money to her, she will definately want more. She cannot satisfied until you ignore her. i have similar experience once in Nanning. There are so many people like that girl. Although I have mercy on them, but I cannot since I am not wealthy enough. If that girl is really in need, maybe I will give her some money. If she jusy for treating me, Oh, awful. I will think I am a fool.

Yes, sometimes when I encounter those kind of less fortunate children, I can't resist to get angry with their parents because if they are responsible then there should not be child beggars on streets. Sometimes I do give them a coin but if some are annoying me they keep on going where I go then I just got angry with them.

But if we think practically they are not at fault the main mastermind is behind them and we even don't know what difficulties they have to face if they dint bring any money at home.

I dont want people think that is my younger sister that why i give her money. That is their parent responsibility to teach their child not to ask money from other people. What happen if i am a bad guy of course i sell their child. They will sad when they lost their children. They should take care their children.

hi AkamaruKei, actually it is quite dangerous for a little girl to beg for money from stranger guys. good thing she met you but not other guys who might be doing some terrible things to her. nowadays there are so many rape cases involving girls and even children. i don't really know about you, maybe you have that something that attract children to you. children may easily sense that you are a good guy and safe to be with.

You know what, it is so embarrassing to think that children nowadays have already been so addicted with renting computers for online games or just for internet surfing. Because of their addiction, they tend to do bad things such as from asking money to strangers and the worst, some boys, even offer their own selves to homosexuals in order to have money.

Yeah children right now very addicted to computer video games. Sometime i see they are to small. They should study in the house not playing video games in cybercafe. What their parent do? Are they want their children dont have future?

Hello, I don't know from which country are you. Bagging is problem is my country India also. In all cases beagers are not cheater. They may be have some problem. It is better if you asked her to told you reason for asking money. It is opinion that if some helpless person ask you for giving some money than you we must be help them.

Aww well I think that it was sweet of you to give the kid money. I dont know how old this kid is but it was rude of them to ask for money. Some kids havent been taught that. If the child was little they should have been sitting with parents instead of the kid walking around bother people.

Yeah that is very rude when a kid ask money from adult people. Better they study at home than they beg other people for money.

There was one kid in my town who used to beg for money. I gave him once and only once. He was problematic all over town because him mom wasn't a good mother. This kid got sent away by social services to junior military boarding school. It's a great institution for learning and passing all your classes to matriculate from high school. Also the kids learn to be a proper human in society. This kid turned into a fine young man. I see him every once in a while when he comes back to visit people in town.

I agree with you, friend. Giving those kids money is not a good idea. Just advice them what is good for them to do. Even if they are very pity we need to be bold on our decision because that is good for them...

Yeah they should study at home and not learn to be beggar. That not a good attitude.

How can she have cheated you if all she did was beg for money? If that sort of thing makes you uncomfortable you should speak to the management at the cybercafe. The child may have been homeless or her parents may have sent her out to beg. Giving her money probably helped her family to have something to eat.

You should not give her any money to avoid being a habit to her. You should warn her for not simply ask money from strangers and she could be brought to the police station for punishment. I did experience once. A teenager asked money from me but I warned him for not doing so. If I were you, I should ask her back for the money. ha! ha!

I haven't experience that one because I really don't give them money. For the reason that some of them might be working for a gambler or their parents are just at home waiting for their kids' money. Most of the time, these people really have the guts to make money for themselves but they just don't want to sometimes. Because they know that they can still get money from other people by begging. So we can't blame them actually because lots of people are still giving money to them. But it's a good thing because now you know and next time, you won't let it happen again.

it is good to give if for the right reasons, I usually ask what it is for and if they said food then I would just go and buy them something to eat and just tell that you do not give money lots of times they do other things not of good use for them and sometimes never stop ..sometimes it has been known parents put them up to it which is for something that they just want...I try to help out when I can but I need to know what it going for and usually just go on and buy it myself if I have if I think it is a good cause...

Maybe their parent dont want to give money for them because they know their children will waste money. That why their children ask a money from other people.

Ya ignoring them is the best way out and even you feel sad for them and give them money, the money is not used for right purposes. In our country the small children's forced are by their parents only to by themselves liquor or for gambling.

The manner of asking money on the street should be reported with the social services in the country. It is for their own sake. They should not be roaming around the street. Good day!

I really hate this because our culture has become so hardened towards giving to needy people. Those that have abused naive people to give them money make it almost impossible for people who are in a desperate situation to get help. Last night I was approached by a guy in the parking lot who seemed lost and asked for gas money. I felt bad for him, but in my mind I was just thinking of how little money I have and how he might be scamming me. I ended up just telling him I couldn't help.
