Hello friends
Right now,I am suffering work,I came to my recent company in this beginning of the year,since that I have work here 11 months,but my boss have owed me 5 months salary.our company is suffering deficit because lack product order.
For me,I work as a engineer of MIM ( metal inject molding),It is difficult thing which I find a suitable job,beacuse the MIM technology company is every little in china mainland,How do I get to do,would you help me to figure out a way .

Since you already know that your company now is at risk you must try to find another job in order to be out of that situation, you can never tell if that company of yours will still be active for another year. You must find a good stable job as early as now. Since you are an engineer i bet that there are lots of other company that is in need of engineer so don't stick with that company, try to find a more better job for your future.

There several online sites where you could find job as of the moment. I am glad that you were able to find myLot because you will be able to know things about online earnings from this place. With patience and hard work I am sure you will be able to get a good job online. You may llok for site like odesk if you want to practice your profession. But if you can write, there are also writing site available.

totally agree with ARIES1973. No need to worry,try search in online for job. there are lots of outsourcing sites in net (odesk,elancer,freelancer), you can work in these sites from your profession and earn extra cash. all the best

countries where your training and expertise could get you a good job as'
you say its little in China . How about Japan or other countires near

hi there are some large comapnies here in th re US I found that are hiring people with your expertise so do try the web and type in your speciality and you will find them,. too.

How could you survive or how did your family live that long - 5 months without salary.
Why not try to search jobs from the net and apply like what other mylotters wrote above.
Don't waste your time and effort for nothing...I am sure there's big chances waiting for you out there.

If you have any contracts signed before working in that company, then you have the right to demand for your salary. If your boss can not meet the said demand, then you can go to the authority. I hope that your company is not having dilemma in terms of normal operation of the company.
