Germ was spreading around at work

I guess the germ was spreading around at work, and I just got sick recently. At other department, there were 4 people got sick last week, and within this week, a co - worker at my department also got the flu. Me, I started with a sore throat, then turn into coughing, and runny nose until now. My mom too, she was ill at work, and I guess that also involve with the sudden change of temperature. It was extremely warm and turn into really cold all of sudden. I just hope everyone will get well soon, and I myself too, I hope that I can take more rest, and I will get well also.

hi,
here we are again,flu,cold and cough are spreading again,even here in the office where i work,all manager already had cough and flu,and bad is we are also inside of their room and the possibility of it is they can transfer their germs to us because we stay in just one room.

I work in a call centre. Every time there is a bug going around it hits virtually everyone. I am always amazed at how fast the latest flu bug can rip through there. Same thing happens with the kids in school from what my coworkers tell me. My kids are all homeschooled so any bug my family goes through is my fault. I'm always picking stuff like that up at work.

That's what is common nowadays kingparker. 
Here in our office, in our room, particularly had cough and colds one after the other. That's because we are in a closed room, where our breath is just circling around .
When the weather is like this, hot then suddenly it rains, people get sick indeed.
Luckily, i didn't get it. Maybe because i have a stronger immune system.

Do you work in an air conditioned building? It sounds as though this might be the culprit if you are all going down so fast. The change in the weather also has much to answer for and we need to be careful to have something warm to put on when the sun goes behind a cloud and the temperature drops instantly. It is a good idea to stay away from other people when we are sneezing and coughing because that is how germs get passed on.

Thanks for sharing this health issue kingparker. Yes, germs can be easily spread out because it is an airborne disease - it can be easily transmitted to one another through air, and in the instance that your immune system is weak, in a swift seconds you can be contaminated with such contagious disease causing by abnormal changes of temperature in our environment. Take medicine immediately and if it will persist please contact your doctor. Further, kindly take extra care all the time...

flu easily spread, cos you cant see / feel it. its in the air you breathe.
like you said, nowadays the weather is so unpredictable.. sometimes very hot, and suddenly cold / rain.
to encounter and prevent, you should have enough rest, eat proper & healthy food, take extra dose of vitamin C to boost immunity against flu.

Oh that seems bad, to think that it is really hard if one gets sick, everything will affect, your work and your mood. If you feel you started to get a flu then drink right away a medicine so that it will not get worse. I hope that you and your co-workers will get over that germs.
