How often do you change your room decoration!

Yesterday I was thinking that I need to do something with my room, I was bored of its style and the furniture. I started moving some stuff around and then I realised I wanted to change everything so I moved my bed to the corner and my desk near the window. It's much better now because I have more light from the window when I am working at my desk. Also, I had bought a big mirror last month but I wasn't sure where to put it. I hanged it on the wall where I used to have a big mask that I had bought from Venice in 2005. Now everything is different in my room and I just need some time to get used to it!
Tomorrow I will put some Christmas lights around the window because I haven't decorated my bedroom yet! When was the last time that you redecorated your place?

If you think that you have everything on place then it is fine as it is! This had happened in my old living room, I had the couch and the tv at the same spot for 3 years! I thought it was the ideal place for them and I was only changing the rugs or te candles etc if I felt bored! But in my room I feel that it can be better every time! Lol
I hope you enjoy your new bed, now you can experiment with the bed covers until you find what you like! Thanks for your comment!!

I do the same if the "lazy bug" has not bitten me yet. And if I do make changes in the house, it would really go on all day!. But despite being tired, I feel real good seeing my hardwork.

Yes, I understand this feeling! It is satisfaction with some joy and the feeling that everything is in order again! It took me around 4 hours for my room because I also had to clean the mess in my closet!
If you have to do the whole house I imagine that it takes a lot more time as you said!

It really takes me the whole day to clean up all the mess that I come across with. And yes, the closets! Let's see....I have 1,2,3,4,5,6 closets to do! And by nighttime, I'd be really having that restful sleep!

I rearranged my furniture three weeks ago but I never decorate it because I find it difficult to sleep with so much decoration in my room. My room become spacious and looks more clean and comfortable. I should do this more often :)

That sounds nice! I only have some candle decorations and framed photos in my bedroom. The mask from venicee is a very nice memoory of my trip and I can't take it down! Lol
But I like to have a lot of space in the room as well! Every time I place the bed in the middle it feels like I am out of space! What kind of decorations do you like to have inside your room?

I sounds and looks a messy one here. I am not into that decorating a room and I don't have a skill with that... Whew! But I have cousins who can change the look of their room as day after day as they could. It sounds exaggerated but it is true... I don't know what's into them but they do it as always as the word it is. They say it is because they have nothing to do so that compensates their boredom.

I was always changing the position of my furniture every winter because I had to move everything in order to.put the rugs on the floor. This time I just though it would look better this way,.my room is not very big and my options are limited when I am.redecorating!
I am guessing that your cousins also feel that they want to do changes in their personal space! Haven't you thought about moving your bad to the other side of the room for example in order to create more space or face the window when you wake up or maybe something else that you like? It will make you feel so different if you try it!

I live with my niece so, I can't do any decoration yet, I have to wait until I get my own apartment, to do all the decoration that I want to do, I will be glad when I get this letter, to let me know when I will be moving, so I can fix things the way i want to fix them.

It is great to have your own house and be able to decorate all rooms! Then you'll be able to choose the living room furniture, the kitchen stuff and do your bedroom decoration! I miss having my own home, I used to buy new additions every once in a while! Good luck with your new home!

I do it twice a year usually but this time it had been the same for over a year! Once a month would be too much for me because I will lose the order of my stuff since I like putting everything at a specific place. However I am sure that it feels nice to rearrange everything every month and maybe add some stuff every once in a while!
