To appeal against the two weeks wages fine imposed by Man City, Balotelli has decided to take the case to the tribunal. The case will be heard on Wednesday. This latest move will surely end the Italian stay and the Manchester club.

It must be noted that last year Tevez was threatening to do just that. The only difference is that Tevez did not actually take Man City to the tribunal and has since then been re-instated into the team. But in Balotelli's case, the player is not really a crowd favorite and this latest action could be his last action in Man City. To me it looks like this was the owners ploy to get Balotelli to react so that they could dump him given Mancini's reluctance to part with the player!! Cheers! Ram

Wait a second, I haven't heard anything about this yet. I know that he didn't play against Newcastle, what exactly did he do to get fined?
