How to set my profile photo?

I'm a come back user of mylot and I already forgot how to use this other than posting some comments in other members post.I looked at the FAQ about how to set profile photo but I didn't find it. I need some help, please tell me how to set my profile photo.

It's under Preferences at the top of the page: http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx

It's a crazy place to put it. It confuses loads of people! I suppose that you get the opportunity to put up an avatar when you first sign up but it wouldn't be too much trouble to put a link actually on the profile (maybe even actually where the avatar appears).
