make a good food

when i need a food, that i looking is.. fresh, health, and good. but sometimes i eat junk food too, its not healthy but my body says.. you need broke food too, because you need the balance. hope for our body strong to accept that. my baby need good and healthy food, they growing up and hope good for they brain. healthy food can make our body good for the future, so young and fresh even our age more old...

I am not too much with fried snacks and only have it sometimes in cold weather. I love fast food especially pizza and KFC, well it's not good if we eat this kind of food too often thats why I only buy them when I go out on weekend. I am fond with fruits, especially grapes, papaya, mango and orange. Sometimes I only have fruits for my dinner.

Right it is important to have a healthy diet and eat whole nutritious foods. It's okay to have a cheat meal here and there but the majority of your diet should be fresh fruits and vegetables. When you eat fresh fruits and vegetables (not cooked) you are eating live enzymes. These enzymes will help to fight off diseases, and hey if they help to clear your head so your thinking isn't so foggy, then that's probably going to make you smarter.

I like to eat very good food and it doesn't take long ot cut up some salad and veggies from the fridge and have a lovley good feast of good food

we need food not only for staying alive but also for growing. so we need not only food which can make our stomach full but also food which contains nutrition. of course all people know about this theory but some of them enjoy junk food than healthy food. yeah, we should admit that junk food is very delicious and easy to make or find. some of those foods are wrapped in fancy package so people are interested to buy. and the worse is that junk food or canned food mostly contain additives such as preservatives and artificial sugar which are dangerous for our body. actually healthy food is also delicious but because it usually needs fresh ingredients to make it, people are lazy to cook it cos they are in hurry for working or school. so people tend to choose fast food than healthy food. I'm myself like every kinds of food. but i prefer healthy food. I seldom visit fast food restaurant, i seldom cook noodle and i like vegetables very much instead. no days pass without vegetables..lol..

it is really important to eat healthy. a lot of the sickness that comes with ageing is associated with the bad habit of eating too much of the wrong food. and yes, you are right. sometimes we should reward ourselves with yummy junk food too. that way, we don't crave too much for it.
