What is happen to me?

I do not know what happened to me in this few days. I no appetite. When i eat i want to vomit. My body feel uncomfortable. I always feel nervous and worried. Is this stress symptom or something?

Aka, I think you are stressed. I've felt similar to that lately and I have a lot of stress. I don't have much appetite and sometimes I do feel sick. I get like this from too much stress and my nerves get bad.

Maybe your body is unstable because you are too stressed, it is possible you caught a flu, or maybe (only you. Know this haha) you are pregnant. Sorry if you felt offended haha. Wish I helped you. Bye

It may be because of stress,but you only can say if it is because of stress.Are you sleeping properly at night? Sleeplessness may be reason for that.This may also happen because of acidity and gastric problem as I was unergoing a similar situation 6 month before.I did everything even undergone CT scan to confirm the condition of appendics.But it was the proplem of acidity.Please consult your doctor and let him know your exact symptoms.He may prescribe you omeprazole to take in morning in empty stomach.

Try to change this sleeping habit as your timing is not at all good.Try to go to bed little early and sleep atleast 6-8 hours.I also had similar habit like you,but my doctor adviced me to go early to bed to combat problem like gastric and acidity and from that day onwards I am strictly adhering to that. However still to confirm your exact problem,consult a doctor and try to find it out.

Feel relax and start eating something that's very light.I believe your situation will get better.You should choose a person that you trust to tell your unhappiness and thus you will feel really comfortable.Don't stressed out and you will get much better to eat.

Yes i eat something is light like instant noodle. I cannot eat a lot of rice right now. Maybe also i'm lonely and very boring now that why i'm not happy.

really these are both good mood enhancers eat some chocolate and some of your favorite ice cream These have to be your very favorites too and eat them slowly and think happy thoughts too.This works for me so I bet it will work for y ou too.

ARIES1973 i feeling like this too in the end of December 2010 before this. In that time i feel uncomfortable because i quarrel with someone. It take me more than 2 week to feel normal again.

I'm alone here. My sister do their own business. I wait for my brother come back here in holiday. He is still study in university. Our age is not far away he is 21 and i'm 23. Our hobby also same. So i like to share and talk to him.

Yes it is stress.Just do not think too much about anything for few days and get some sleep first.When you don't get enough sleep,you compromise your immune system.Good luck!

It is a symptom of course... You are leading to unstable health. If you don't have any idea what is happening with you then you must seek a doctor's help... Well, vomiting and always nauseated can be for the reason of eye problem and blood problem... People who have the high-blood or low-blood pressure feels nausea as often. And eye sight problem symptoms is almost like for those who are pregnant. Or maybe you are suffering with colon ulcers because it symptoms have the same with the other health problems I had stated...

You might have some sort of flu bug or other virus. If you can try to go to the DR if you cannot eat anything it will starve your body and you will be in worse shape. I have been there, and depressed. It sounds like a sickness to me or ailment. Perhaps you ate some bad food or contracted a virus through germs somewhere? I hope you feel better soon, I hate to be sick and I have been feeling very bad on and off this week too.

Hi friend..Sorry for this late response..I was not here. How do you feel now? Are you ok? Can I ask you something? Do you spend more time on internet? That maybe one of the reasons why you are not feeling comfortable. Stress comes when the normal body cycle is affected. Take good rest and stay calm buddy.

if you are worried, then you are stressed. if you are very stressed, than yes, you can loose your appetite and also vomit. try to eat light meals, drink lots of fluids, and really, REALLY try to relax. Ask yourself what's the worse outcome from what you are going over right now? Does it worth loosing your health over it? Breath deep few times every time you feel stressed.

Better to go to a Doctor, to be sure and find out what is the reason why are you vomiting and feel uncomfortable. That might not be a simple stress or a distress because your vomiting...

Chances are this is either caused by something physically wrong, or could be caused by stress. Or a chance you have a case of the Flu. You never did mention here how long it has been going on, but if it is Stress or something like that causing it, this is a normal feeling and until you learn to relax and get over this situation for now you will keep on having these symptoms as well.

hi AkamaruKei Are you worried about anything and its stressing yo u out? If so try to solve it or get help to solve it . But with physical symptoms really I would see your doctor as not having any appetite and feeling like you are going to vomit are physical symptoms of many diseases and your doctor may be able to help you to get well.

Sometimes, loss of appetite is caused by Stress. Maybe you are preoccupied with a lot of things on your mind resulting to an imbalance diet. Usually when someone skips meals, it means that they are putting a lack on their diet plan which causes abnormalities most especially in one's appetite. Also, there are different factors to consider such as sleeping patterns. Having an abnormal sleeping pattern may cause one to an unhealthy diet. Since the standard sleeping hour is not accumulated, usually you have problems on your meal day for instance, if you sleep late it is more likely you skip your breakfast and wake up to lunch time therefore, your breakfast time is your lunch period. The best you could do is to consult to a specialist, such as a dietician or a health practitioner. Also, it is best to do basic exercises which helps in stimulating your body to be active. Also eating healthy green veggies helps as natural anti-oxidants.
