company umbrellas

When it is New Year companies usually come up with all sorts of give-aways like calendars, wallets, jackets, jugs, umbrellas, etc. For me, I would find it useful to have an extra umbrella in the house because of the rainy season.
I already got two company umbrellas given by friends. Although the logo of the company is openly displayed on top of the umbrella, but it does not matter. It perfectly serves the purpose of protecting you from the rain and the heat.
How many of these umbrellas were you able to get this season?

Most of the people have this weakness

It is acceptable in our country using any stuff that have logo displayed. We are known for giving give away's in different occasions such as Christmas, New Year and Anniversaries.
Don't be bother about it, people won't criticize you if you used an umbrella with a company logo.

hi cutie18f.
i didn't get many umbrellas this season. i got one. it was an early gift from my parents. it is an umbrella with a katana handle. been looking for one since it first came out but i wasn't able to purchase one for myself. i'm glad my parents gave me one. haven't had a chance to use it a lot yet but looking forward to use it when the rainy season comes.

Well, got a bunch actually!
Some were given by my from which was given to her by the different banks and also some are the extra umbrellas I had from people who ordered from me. I always make atleast 5 extra umbrellas every order just in case there would be defective umbrellas. Well, I do not hoard all of them. I give them to friends as well.

really good one. But unfortunately we dont have anything like that in our country like giving free umbrellas . we usually get calenders and some discounts and even sometimes wallets and some glassware. But not umbrellas . I think umbrellas are more useful than any other items.

I really admire you getting those free umbrellas. I haven't had the opportunity to find a company umbrella for free. It would be good to have one. Anyway, I agree with you that the logo doesn't matter most as long as it serves the purpose. I am not really actively looking for one but if some company can give some for free then I will surely be grateful. I still have to receive one though. good new year to you, and all the days after.

I have got too many umbrellas! Trouble is I never get to use them, because I will take one out if I remember to, and it won't rain, I will forget to take one out and it will rain! The last company I worked for gave us free calendars and they weren't cheap ones either, I would find a nice calendar more useful than an umbrella, and I have loads of wallets too. I think it's generous if a company do think of their employees in this fashion, but not all companies are this considerate!

Hi friend, good to know that you got umbrella in this new year as a complement, you are lucky enough to get this, here we don't get umbrellas as a gift, but we will get the diary, calender as new year gift
