i don't want to worry

I'm a person that likes to worry. I'm tired of it. So i want to change my attitude and way of thinking. I want to be more positive in life. I don't want to think of many bad things that may happen in the future. I would like to believe there's so many good things waiting for me in the coming days.I know there would.

I agree with you, I used to worry of things that I don't really have to worry about. We just think of things too much that make us worry about it. I also worried about the negative things that could happen, and I don't want bad things to happen, no one would. For us to change the way we worry, we just have to focus on what makes us happy. That will bring in more positive vibes and probably we can view things enthusiastically.

If you're tired of it then don't think of it! You're just killing yourself and make your life so complicated! If you want to change your attitude and way of thinking, then do it! Don't be so awkward and scared to have change in your life if you think this is the right thing that you can do! Do not think that there's no good things in life because God creates everything for us to experience the good things in life.

I believe in you that there are so many goods thing out there waiting for you. Just don't ignore them ^_^. Others always telling us that everyday and every time there are opportunities (so just be careful in choosing in those options... KIDDING) just choose the best or what you think is best for you. Also avoid worrying too much things that might stressed you out (it might make you old, too soon), but I know some worries are not avoidable just think the positive outcome of it. Just trust and believe yourself nothing to worry about anything because you can do best out of it.

That kind of change you want is good. just make your step to "worry free" life gradual. Dont be rude to yourself. Dont worry too much. instead of worrying assume the best. Assume the best things to happen.

every individual worry and we can not get out from it. we know worrying, stress and anxiety that we encounter can add to our sickness but we cant stop our self to worry. we even start worrying when we are tense and nervous. i think to lessen this things is that we must not think of the bad things that will happen to us that make us worry much.

For me, you should stop worrying because it will only stress you. You should see things positively no matter how negative it is. In every negative sides of life, there will always be positive part of it. We only have to discover it. Things that worries you today might be the things that makes you happy in the future. It is how you perceive things beautifully.

Worrying too much is not healthy it will lead you to depression and more. You should give yourself a break. Have some fun and enjoy life think of something that could help you change your way life. Spend time with your family and friends. Maintain a good and healthy lifestyle.

In this world there are lot of good things that you could do or might happen in the future as well. To live life healthy you must think positively, recall on the thing that you do best to relax mind. If you are a person who loves to worry, it is the time to go beyond your comfort zone and live life to a healthy lifestyle. Thinking your worry every time may lead to stress. Since there are many good thing that might happen to the next coming days you need to eat well and never think negatively.

That's good having unhealthy mind is not helpful. We need to look life in a positive way. Whatever life offers in the future face it with vigor, fight it with confidence and don't forget that there is someone up above guiding us. What might happen are challenges that we couldn't avoid and so we should learn to stand up and face the challenge..We don't know what lies before us so we should be ready for it. It is God who has put these challenges and we need to understand that he is only doing for us to become a better one.

You could change everything the problem is that if you are wiling to change of it. It's not too late for you to change what you want to change and life. Changing mean that you were developing your personality. And always think positive in life think about the future not on the past.

Don't worry too much. Thinks that all things will have a good outcome. Well, we cannot avoid worrying, but we can lessen it by not thinking much. When there is a mistake, learn from it; make it as your inspiration. Be happy, relaxed and comfortable because it helps you develop your personality. Based on my experience, the more I worry, the more negative outcome will be.

Stop wasting your time thinking of negative things. Instead make yourself busy in a productive way like painting, sewing, hangout with your friends, and etc. Set aside negative thoughts that interrupt you to become more productive. Avoid worrying for the future, just focused on today. Be thankful for the good things around you. Life is to short so don't waste a single minute on the things that is out of your control.

I am also worrying with thing which haven t occurred. And I think it is not a good habit. I think I have to change my way of thing. Being positive and thank to small thing are important. Also I am trying to be prepared for the future .,

You're definitely right. There will be good things coming everyday. Focus your mind on those things that will make your life better. Positive way of life attracts positive things. Just be positive on your daily life.
