How much is enough when it comes to having money?

I have seen people be content with a certain amount of money and then I have seen people never be content. I have seen people reject their family for money and I have seen people chase money and nothing else. I not sure if their is a set limit on money where it akes it enough, because there are famous people that have tons of money but yet it's seems like it's never enough, what will be enough to you to where you would say I done chasing it? as for me I don't lnow i'm not certain!lol

I agree that it seems like people are never content with the amount of money they have. Like my mother, she says she doesn't have enough money but we have more than enough to eat, a warm place to stay and we live very comfortably. I am like that also, I feel like I don't have enough money because I don't have an income. I am hoping that once I find a job and have steady income that I would be satisfied and not hoping for more.

There is a saying that says you can never be too rich or too thin. I would be happy with "enough"...enough to be comfortable and not have to worry about how to pay the bills, buy food, medicine...in other words, basic needs...food, clothing, and shelter. Comfortable would be good.

For me, as long as I can have a roof over my family's head, food on the table, and a vehicle that will help me get errands done, that's all I really need. Sometimes I think that if I could win the lottory, we'd be set for life. But, in reality, I just need the basics. Overall, I just leave it in God's hands to take care of me.

I don't think there is ever "enough" money. Chasing money is a great description, as it becomes a hobby to some people, but it's when it becomes an obsession that it becomes a problem, but that is true of just about any obsession. I know myself I have several positions in the stock market, and with the recent upturn I have one stock that has gained 49% since I bought it, and another that has gained 17.52%. The fun of that is seeing how much I am beating bank interest, and that I chose those stocks myself. Some people have fun playing fantasy football and winning their group, some play golf, chess, online games, whatever it may be, they enjoy the competition and winning never gets old. So gaining money by investing in companies or real estate or whatever is a competition more or less. So is there such a thing as enough money, absolutely there is, but again winning never gets old.

I don't really spend much on things, but food and I don't have to pay any bills yet. I'm always a happy person, but I've managed to hide it. I don't think some people can control their desire for money.
