A new me in 15 days

I have decided to make myself over. I weigh in at 152 lbs. I have stretch marks from having kids. I have moles that I don't like and want to get rid of. And I smoke. Well, they say that you can break a habit in 15 days- so that's exactly what I plan to do. This is my statement for you all to hear and hold me accountable to. Starting Jan 9th 2013 I am changing ME. How I plan to do this? There is a company called doTERRA. They make certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils and that is exactly what I plan to use and their Trim Shake. I am inviting who ever wants to, to join me on my journey. I will be posting everything- from how I use these oils and supplement to quit smoking, loss weight and get rid of my stretch marks and moles. Sorry but I don't believe one word of it. A habit is hard to break and you can't do that in only 15 days. You have to start with a new life style and this will take weeks or even months. This besides of the fact your body needs to detox and this will take at least 3-6 weeks. If you want to get rid of fat it takes longer too if you want to keep it that way (plus in your fat is also a lot of toxine stored). A shake won't help unless you plan to have that shake for the rest of your life. If it would be so easy not so many people world wide would struggle and proved the opposite. But it's a good start plus way to throw you money out of the window (like a dutch saying says). Still I do wish you luck and hope you have a plan b for after these 15 days.

Absolutely. If I break my habits (smoking being the main one) in 15 days it is a good start. Then I can begin the healing process. I know that it will take months, even years to get my body detoxified and free from all the stuff I have inflicted upon it. But if I set my mind and stick to a plan of getting into the habit of eating right in 15 days, it will most likely transfer past those set days. If I can stop smoking in 15 days, and I fight the urges that come with such an addiction- then absolutely. In no means am I implying that I will have the body I want or the habits in 15 days. I am saying that I intend on going cold turkey for 15 days. Get into the habit of working out and become healthier. And I hope by all means that it transfers over the 15 days. As for the "shake", well what's the difference between doing the 'shake' and a "Special K diet" where you replace 2 meals with 2 bowls of cereal? Nothing. You are simply replacing 1-2 meals with something else. Anyhoo WakeUpKitty once again you have provided me with a response full of positive thinking and hope. Keep up the good work! (And yes that is me being absolutely sarcastic)- ps. stop posting to me or my comments if all you have is negativity. You once asked if I was a doctor because of the advise I was giving people who were looking for an alternative medicine. Well to answer that in full honesty- no I am not a doctor. But I am a certified aromatherapist. Look that one up and call me a tree huger I don't care. What I do care about is the negative responses and attitude I perceive from your comments. Refrain from commenting on my discussions please.

it heard like a good plan ,hope you can insist on and get succeeded. i know essential oils is helpful to lose weight and improve one's looks for i used that before, but sorry to tell you that cause i didn't insist on and i like eating snacks, so i failed. now i am pregnant, fat and ropsical and also ahve stretch marks . what i plan is to improve my body when i am in confinement. so i go on internet finding some good methods, hope that's helpful. let's make it together.
