No office supplies, great that there are still scracth papers............

Good day everyone.
Everything and everyone is back to normal I guess, especially the traffic on the way to the office.
There are some works that I was done that requires print out yet there are no available bond papers and even other office supplies like rubber band, scotch tape etc.We are still waiting for the delivery since the one handling it says that it is already for delivery.
Good thing that there are still some scratch papers to use in our prints out but it is already running out since almost all of us are printing documents that we need to submit and filed.
The least that we can do is to use scratch papers, things that are just available and maximizing the uses of it.

That was one of the things that really did drive me nuts when I was working in an office. I absolutely hated it when there were tasks that needed to be done and the supplies in the office were not adequate. For me the thing that I tended to have the most problems with was being out of ink in my printer. It was so very inconvenient to have to go and borrow someone else's computer and printer so that I was able to get my own work done.

Yes it is quite hard to do things if the resources and materials are inadequate.Lack of things to use could lead to delays of a certain things especially if it is in rush.As of the moment, our supplies were already delivered and everything is doing well.

Here in the office , we make use of scratch paper for our internal communications. But usually communications are done through email, to document what transpired. It's one way of saving on coupon bonds actually.
For our communications outside, like for other agencies, we make use of a clean bond paper of course.

Same thing here, for internal print out scratch papers are recommended but we are running out of it also now.Don't know what happened in terms of ordering the office supplies cause there are some supplies here in the office that are running out as well.We are still looking forward that the said delivery will be here by end of this week.

When I was working in a hotel in Riyadh, we have thousands of use bond paper, the management encourage us to reused our bond paper so that we can save money. We always reused those who are used in photocopying machine. We spend hundreds of Riyals everyday for printing reports and other documents. I think we print everyday almost 150 pages of reports and documents in our department only. I will not do that in my own company. So imagine if we used everyday a new bond papers.

We are using scratch papers as well in the office for quite the beginning but there are still some documents that are needed to print into clean one.We are keep on using used bond papers as of the moment but it is also running out of stocks.I been looking some into my files since Monday that I am using till today.

Hi ardoy!
That is really one good way of maximizing the use of materials. I appreciate you for that. I use those things as my scratch when i am writing articles. so whenever somebody would come to that house or at the office, they could read my articles on those scratch paper around.

Till now I am into using scratch papers in my print our since there are still no bond paper supplies here as of the moment.I don't know what happen to our delivery.The on in charge that it should be today but he is on leave today.What I am worrying is that I am also running out of scratch papers.

Well we are still waiting as of the moment since he said yesterday that it was for delivery today.Scratch papers are also running out of stocks and there are some documents to print that should be print into a clean bond paper especially those that are needed to pass in clients.
