finally got a house

We finally put a deposit on another rental. If all goes well, we should start to move into it in about two weeks. It's going to be nice to go from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom house. I'm hoping that by dropping a room and diminishing square footage, that should hlep reduce the light bill as well. With everything that our wonderful government has done, I've got to find ways to reduce the bills. Hopefully by reducing the rent that would reduce the lights bill and I can start putting money into the bank. I pray!! If I can survive that house for a year and save extra money, I hope we will be able to actually BUY a house next year. I can only pray.

You are shifting from 4 bedroom to 3 bedroom so that means you have to adjust to the conditions and why you choose that with one reduced.
Certainly it will help in reducing the bill to some extent but at what cost. Are there any problems with the previous house ? I am sure there will be some strong reasons that forces your family to make this adjustment. I hope you will get you own house soon. Have a nice stay.

Our landlord is wanting to sell the house we're in. He gave us the option to buy, but he's wanting too much money for the shape the house is in. Whoever buys this house, will have to deal with the plumbing issue and that's going to be in the upwards of $10,000 to repair. Money we just don't have and won't have for a long time.
