Many people are affected with cardiovascular diseases. There are two kinds of cardiovascular diseases namely the atherosclerosis in which there is a thickening of the inner lining of the arteries of a fatlike substances called cholesterol and the hypertension. Hypertension is a silent killer and it is a conditin wherein one's blood pressure is beyond normal. It is also called hypertension. To avoid and prevent this disease, one should have proper health habits and take care of one's heart by eating the right foods. One should limit the intake of foods rich in fats and cholesterol such as animal fats, meats, and dairy products. The doctors suggest too that one should have exercise to keep the heart and blood vessels healthy. What do you think of this mylotters? I think one should really take care of one's heart. According to research, it is the first in causing death.

Good eating habits and exercise are part of it, it seems. So is not smoking if you can do it. But I have also heard that some people sort of make bad cholesterol. And whatever they do, they will have it. It also happens with hypertension. We can always help a bit what nature has given us.

My grandma has hypertension. She is always having problems because her head is pounding or she's tired. She just always feels sick, because of the hypertension. She gets medicine, but they actually make her refill it every month. She also has to call the pharmacy, who will call the doctor, who will call her and set up an appointment so they can take her blood pressure. She has to do this every month or go without and feel like crap.

I mean hypertension is also called high blood pressure. It is really difficult to have this sickness my parents have it too and they have maintenance for their medications. They used to eat shrimps and crabs a lot. And I often told them to refrain from eating these foods.

Too much alchohol too and smoking is bad for the heart. Yes. It is not only food. My brother always drinks alchohol and as a result, he got this hypertension, but still, why do people still ate fats and meats that can cause heart attack? Its hard to avoid this one especially if the food is so delicious.

One should adopt a healthy lifestyle to avoid having such heart conditions. We may still enjoy the usual food that we eat but with a little variation. Like, in eating salads, instead of making use of mayonnaise, you might wanna use apple cider vinegar with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.

I doubt you can. It's already proved there are plenty of very overweighted people who do not have a high cholestrol at all and no heart problems either. Perhaps in the western world but I do believe there are other reasons why so many people have it there. Stress is one of the main reasons. For years mostly men had heartproblems, now women have it too. Next to being wife, mother, housewife they also work full-time. Whole day on they are in a hurry, never a free moment off, back home they work again (men seldom do). Since then heart diseases under women are increasing. There are also plenty of slim or even thin people who do have heart diseases. What doctors or others advice is excersise for 30 min. a day! This you already do if you go shopping, walk the stairs in you house, your dog serveral times etc. So most people do. It's also proved this is not a solution since also very healthy sportsmen do get heart diseases! Just taking care of your heart won't help. One has to take care of him-/herself completely. To start with taking yourself seriously. Not swallow you anger, lie to yourself and say it doesn't mind or you will forgive (this all will eat you). By spitting out what is on your mind. Stop to lie to yourself. Be who you are. Eat healthy, have a good nightrest, take time to relax every day and plan your holidays, escapes since already planning makes one feel happy already. Happy people have way less heart diseases as unhappy people.

Generally, I believe people who are prone to symptoms of heart disease just need to be careful of what they consume and getting enough exercise. Everyone has different conditions which might make some people more prone to heart disease than others. While it may not be easy to always live a healthy lifestyle, it's still worth trying to do it. As you try living a healthier lifestyle, you will see more positive effects like having more energy for doing various activities.

Cardiovascular diseases is the number one killer disease in Malaysia too. Healthy lifestyle with proper diet and exercise playing a vital role to keep one healthy. Most of us knew about it but many of us do not take the right action. I have been telling myself to exercise more but it seems I spend more time sitting at the PC than exercise. I must avoid those fattening food that you mentioned too. Thanks for this healthy discussion, truly appreciate it!

There are so many factors that will cause heart disease: lifestyle, smoking and the like. The atheroscleoris is only the pathological process that will lead to heart attack or even having brain attack due to embolism. It can also be hereditary or it runs in the genes. You just need to modify your lifestyles, especially if there is other sign of secondary complications like diabetes mellitus. The type of heart disease are myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction.

One way to prevent heart disease is to to avoid eating fatty and salty foods. Fatty foods are so rich in cholesterol that can damage our heart. Also have a regular daily exercise . This promotes circulation of blood in our body. Eat plenty of vegetable and fruits and have a clean and healthy lifestyle. Having a good health is all in our hands , to achieve this one must have self discipline and everything good thing will follow.
