Should i have to run? Yes i think so,because... Everybody wants to remain fit and healthy. And i too want to live a healthy life. For doing work or for study,if health is not okay, then we can't do any work.Because we do all our work because of our health. If we are fit, then we will be able to do a lot of work. But the most important point here comes is time.If we don't have time, then we can't pay attention to our physical fitness and physical fitness is a must. I know walking is a good exercise.Another types of exercises are going to gym, doing yoga etc.But walking takes a considerable amount of time, isn't it? I don't want to do so.I am looking for ways to exercise without any interupption. Suppose i join a gym.But if i have to shift in another city, then i have to left it,because i have to leave the city. Then what should i do?And as far as Yoga is concerned,i think running is the best exercise. Then what i have to choose,is running or walking. As i have told previously, walking takes a lot of time. If i select running, then wherever i have to go,i can run as i will do here in my home town. So what do you think about it guys?

I think that running is the best option. It will not cost a thing to be able to start it. I am also wanting to run in the morning right after the kids have gone to school. only thing is, my husband doesn't want me to.

I think you should stick to running if this is what you think will work for you. I like to walk and I do it often in the summer months. I am not into running unless I am trying to catch a bus. LOL. It makes me run vry far to get to the bus too. welcome to mylot

One problem is there. If i start this habit of running, then i have to face some problems.I am now in my own city and there are many places for running. If i want to go to another city,it becomes little bit difficult to find those running places.

Well, if you're a woman, I suggest picking a different exercise. Perhaps just walking, which is just as effective.

No i am male.I know women have different exercises.Just walking is enough for them, because they already busy in other activities like home jobs like cooking etc. They can also run.

Sometimes when u runs more it hurts you more. Many people dont like that. Instead of that you can have good healthy food and make a healthy body.

I've always thought that running is the most logical choice of physical activity for me. I think that aside from having a decent pair of running shoes, everything else is free. But like you said/wrote, even this seemingly cheap form of exercise needs time. Time, which at the moment I'm having trouble finding. You should though!

Yes,i know time is the most important factor to be considered. But i think our health is the previous gift given by the God.So we have to take care of it.Afterall we do any work like job, study, business or a like,if our health is not okay, then we can't be able to do any work.
