yuhuu!! Now u can leave voicemails on Skype!

It had been 3 years since I knew about this feature but I never used it anyway. I'd rather read messages because it's more comprehandable than listening to mispronounced words or unintentionally wrong grammar which may lead to misunderstanding.

Just like you I didn't know about this feature too. Just now. It's been so long since I was on PC skype because for like almost a year I am online only at Skype mobile. I wonder if this feature is available with Skype mobile. Sounds awesome!;D

Skype has had the voicemail feature for some time, however, it has always been an 'optional extra' which needed to be set up to use it. You can also have your voicemail set up to be delivered as a text message (though how good this service is depends very much on how clearly the person speaks!) In order to receive a voicemail, your friend will have to activate the facility: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/features/allfeatures/voicemail/

Since MSN will be merged with Skype soon. So today I use Skype only. But I don't know this feature yet. Most of the time I prefer to write down a text so that my friends will see it when they are online. As to leave the voice mail, I am not very interested in it.

I was able to use this feature maybe two or almost two years ago in Skype. Whenever I call, the voicemail has been activated so I just left a voicemail message and told the person to call me back. It's a cool feature indeed!

Thanks for sharing I use Skype too for chatting, but I prefer yahoo messenger video chat.I have never tried this feature ever.Will try when i log in.
