A wise man should have money in his head, not in his heart.

Money is something that we all want to have in large quantity. But we must be cautious, because falling in love with money will only make life complicated and we will eventually become its slave. People who have money in their hearts, will do everything possible to have it always. They are capable of doing evil things and even will stop at nothing to harm others in order to have money to become powerful. Many of them forgets their past look only where they are headed by forgetting their poor families who struggled back then to give them a good education and life. This is not right at all.

I don't like money. I don't think it should be so much of a priority as people make it out to be. People should put their loved ones first and the things they love to do rather than money but it usually isn't the case.

Not only that but the way the economy is these days I wouldn't be surprised if in my lifetime money is worth nothing. But, that's just me thinking.

I agree with you. Money will always be money and one day we are all going to leave it behind.

We must not be surprised with this kind of people as this was prophesies in the bible. that people will be care for love of money at the end of the days before the coming of Jesus Christ. I have certain people like politician and friends whom I knew who have such kind of characteristics. We must be strong and stand up to be a good christian.I pity those people for they didn't know what will be the consenquences to God for the evilness they have. Haven't they realize that God cast away evil unto His kingdom?Evil are not welcome in Heaven. We will be judged not for what amount we possessed but for what we have done unto Him.

Yes the bible tell us so. The Lord is my shepherd and only he knows what is best for us.

A very true thought, that would explain so much. Yes if a person has money in his heart it is likely for him to reach it by any means. Even evil. I have seen people going mad over lottery tickets, they feel that they will win it and keep buying it even by selling things that they own.

I also see a lot of people going mad here when it comes to lottery tickets and Bingos. Some of them will rather let their family go hungry in order to have more money rather than contenting themselves with what they have got already.

You are absolutely right! We should be the master of our money. Money should work hard for us. Not the other way around. We should be able to take charged of our money. Invest in property and shares, bonds and Fixed Deposit so that our money can yield dividend and appreciate in values. We shall never forget our love ones who has contribute to our success.

Yes you are also 100% right Iriene. If it weren't for our love ones we wouldn't be where we are today.

There are people who are too devoted by money. They will stop at nothing to get the money they want. This is really scary. I have an insurance upline who even cheated my commission on my sales of insurance policies. Even though is not a very large amount, but he should not do that. He is rich by cheating other people's money/income.

Indeed that money should be in the head and not in the heart. If he or she puts money in their heart, the sense of judging something will be clouded. Money is not everything and the happiness will not be attained.

Money is not everything definitely. We need it for sure, but we cannot make it our personal idol.
