everytime I log in my lot there are some offer but I can not join it because of my region
Any opinion?

Just ignore the offer because mostly the offers are targeted for US, UK and Canada residents only. Not only offers but most of the surveys also are only for these residents.

Some offers are really not available in other countries. Most are offered to US residents only. I think it will be useless for us to sign up on an offer where it could not be of use to us here in our country.

I think there nothing you can do to join offer if it not accept your region.
