sometimes his being careless makes me mad

We sometimes are out of sight. It's okay to be careless but not at all. I supposed to go to church today this afternoon. but since it's hot and I want to save money for the transportation.So I decided to go to church in the evening schedule which is evening so that instead of riding in a vehicle I can walk going to church I am doing this not only a form of exercise for me but I am on a tight budget so I need to sacrifice. SO I told this guy to withdraw to ATM a certain amount to other bank ATM near our place. but what he did. instead of withdrawing the amount he withdraw the usual amount and then when he see there is still balance then he withdraw it again. HE made a withdraw twice at the same time so it's twice have been deducted with that atm. and he doesn't even care with it wasting a money for nothing.so why do i get mad is that I do make a thing to save money but he, he doesn't even care . It's ok if he bought food,or gave it to the beggars or bought some staff at least he benefit but withdrawing twice being deducted twice NO one benefit from it. it is like that money was just throwing to trash can.that's how i get mad. if I only know he would do that it's better I ride in the transportation and stop on the bank since my bank is near our church if I withdraw there there will be no deduction.HE doesn't care either.
