Website Blocker Software want???

I want to block some websites category wise like social networking, video site, etc.
so I want to know which software is best. please tell me and don't suggest me opendns or k9 protection because these two are not working proper.
I want to block site on server those block all connected user in office.

The simplest way would be to use the hosts file either on the server or on each machine. Alternatively, you should be able to configure the modem/router to not allow certain sites.
