Does anyone have healthy detox recipes that you've actually tried and it worked? Something that won't cost me an arm or a leg or a kidney. Thanks in advance.

detox is very important, I have done it for many years. I prefer to juice, with plenty of water in between. for everyone it is different. Here is my choice: http://www.all-about-juicing.com/juicing-basics.html

Awesome, thanks so much. I've been wanting to juice for a while but I don't have the bucks to buy fresh fruit and veggies and whatnot.

I was told by a doctor to squeeze fresh lemon into my water and it would detox my kidneys and other things. I feel as if it has helped me feel better the next day after I have done it so I try to do it now more often. I keep fresh lemons on hand so I can fill up my water bottle at least one time a day with the juice in it. I have avoided a lot of the illnesses that have been going around so hoping it is the detoxing that is helping with that. You might give it a try, I know it can't hurt you.

I put lemon in my water all the time. Maybe I should put more of it in. I heard that we should be drinking the lemon water fairly warm ... not icy cold. That's hard for me but you're right: it can't hurt. Thanks Tricia.
