How Do I Figure Out My Purpose In Life?

Throughout all recorded time, human beings have wondered about the Big Questions: Is there a God? What happens after we die? What is my purpose in life?
Some would say these questions are all connected. Still others see these philosophical questions as a complete waste of time, preferring instead to live well, do good things for their fellow man, and let it all shake out in the end.
In my opinion, the most important question is that last one — how do we figure out what our purpose in life is?

I still ask all these big questions in my own mind although I am still confused in relation to whether there is a purpose for my own life. I would like to think that there is and I live my daily life by just being a decent chap, having respect for others and so forth. I suppose I am just trying to achieve what I can and the rest I leave to the powers that be whether that be a God or a Universal power or the big something out there whatever that might be.
I think all the big questions will stay and probably will never be answered so I suppose we can only speculate. Andrew

I believe and know that there is God, because if there's none then how did the world become as organized as this? Science can't explain the perfection and organization of the world, because if we will be basing it with the big bang or the positron theory then this world would be disorganized because what happens after a reaction is not arrangement but disarray.
Regarding the purpose, since I believe in God, the sole purpose of our life is to know who God is, and what He leads us to do. He leads us to do according to His will, to be better not bitter.

It's so important for us to know exactly what you want in your life and thus working hard towards that direction.I have my hobby and i know how much i want to live with that,so i'm happy working on that area.SO i hope other people can find their own direction and happily working everyday.It's nice to make some achievements.

Well I can assure you that no one in this world certain about what their final role a.k.a purpose in their life is. But most of us trying our best to live out our life doing the best thing which could bring happiness for us and the other surrounds us.
So rather than thinking about what our purpose we can start by asking our self, what have you done today to make your self useful for your self and the other surrounds you?

Purpose of life? Live happily, love those you should love, lend a helping hand to those in needs, live in prosper, make friends, stay away from crimes and sins, ...... Beliefs teach us good things and benefit us quite a lot, while being an atheist does not benefit us, so why don't we just believe in God? Even Albert Einstein believed in God, though he was a scientist.

Jesus said that we should ask and we would receive.
So: 1) Ask God for help in prayer
2) Read the Bible daily
3) Associate with those that take the worship of God seriously and are doing what God wants us to do

I think we have found our purpose the moment we feel happy with where we are in life. I am sure when that when we find that one thing we are ment to do or find the place for us we can feel it.So it is good to try difrent things in life take difrent paths and see what makes us feel happy an whole
