I generally use groundnut oils for cooking purpose. Sunflower oil also i generally prefer to cook. because of low price of palm oil....it is also being used by me more times. coconut oil i never used for kitchen use till now. Actually i don't know how many types of oils used for cooking purpose commonly all over the world for a good health.... Among all of them which one is better for bigger use for me?.... Please let me know the full details about this more important thing.

You informed me about good oils for cooking corner. Is it costly item for cooking using those oils for me? I have a good idea about olive oil but not much more grip on canola oil.

Yes here in the U.S. I do the the same use canola oil for frying cause it is cheaper. And I use virgin olive oil for salads. I just love it on a garden salad with lemon. Whenever one watches a cooking show on television that's all you usually see the chef use is the olive oil because of the good fatty acids that will help push out the bad cholesterol.

There are many kinds of oils in the market. In the past I thought that the olive oil should be the best since it would avoid to have the heart attack. Today the tea seeds oil is available and I start to think that perhaps that is the best. But it is also rather expensive.

coconut - coconut is good for health
I think coconut oil is the best among any other oil.The medicinal value of coconut oil is very high.It is one of the main ingredient in some ayurvedic medicines.

I use olive oil as well because I think it has good qualities. I got a good price deal on some and use it for just about everything including a little in my bath water. I cook and smell like veggie but your skin becomes very soft and sore muscles get relieved. They tell us not to over heat oil when cooking.

As i heard all oils have some good qualities for health if used in proper amount, I generally use mustard oil for cooking our daily meals in a short amount, when i have to fry or deep fry some stuff i like to use vegetable (refined) oil..

Altho more costly..I only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for cooking when temps being used are below 350 degrees...and Coconut Oil for high heat cooking! Both are heart healthy oils.

I think it is much healtier if you avoid using oil in your dishes.oil can cause blocked arteries going to the heart which might cause heart problems.

Hi there ! I think Olive oil is the safest and healthiest but just bit expensive. Palm oil is good and healthy also and it is good because it is just cheap and affordable in the market. If i have a big budget i will buy that olive oil because it can be used in beauty regimen but if money is small only rather have that Palm Oil.

I too use either groundnut oil or refined sun flower oil. They may not be the healthiest but of course they are healthy and do not have bad effect on body if consumed within proper limit. I am seeing that you are looking for oil with the view of good health, but I think that you must also think about that to which oil your body is adopted . Because as per my knowledge according to my own experience, if we completely change the oil used for cooking our body may not adopt to it and it may cause undesired side effects.
