I think the team will mostly be unchanged from the one that won in Chennai. That being said, I do feel there's a slight chance that Ojha might get the nod ahead of maybe Harbhajan since he's a local boy from Hyderabad. I also won't be surprised to see Vijay dropped but its unlikely to happen with Dhoni preferring him more often than not.

I never said Vijay is a classy player. I just said Dhoni prefers him over others openers. Unlike Rohit Sharma who at least sometimes sparkles, Vijay has always disappointed at International level. I'm sure Gambhir will be back for the next series. Until then Vijay can continue.

No Vijay cannot be rated as a classy opener. Gautam Gambhir scored more than 200 runs in the test series with England. He could have been played for some more matches. Else try Dhawan or Jaffer or Tiwary.

From what I have heard, we would have an unchanged team for second test match which would shortly start in Hyderabad. Yet, I think we should have Pragyan Ojha also in the team.

Hi.Drop Vijay and add Ojha.Pujara open along with Shewag. Because our spinners both Ashwin and Harbajan have lot ability to bat at No.7

ya nice idea but if sewagh fails no chance for us to recovery from india all indian matches almost dependent on the opener runs that is a cruical idea to take a risk

I will consider making only one or two changes to the squad. I will seriously think about Sehwag's position and Bhajji's position. I might go with Shikhar Dhawan or Ojha or with both for this test match. Cheers! Ram
