I am probably over paranoid about being hacked, so I regularly change my passwords, sometimes I will change them on a weekly basis, to stay ahead of would be hackers. I have to keep a book with all my passwords in, as they do strongly advise you not to use the same password for more than one account, plus make your passwords as intricate as possible, including numbers, letters and even symbols. Unfortunately we can never be 100% safe from hackers, they come up with elaborate systems all the time to steal our details. I recently bought an Anti-virus program which includes firewall, now I've read that you cannot have two firewalls running at the same time. It's great having security, but how do you know which security devices you have really work?

I get so confused over passwords for different things. Awful having to tremember them and now I must change every few months? I will have to walk around with all the passwords written down in a book in my handbag

no is going to make you change your password but just a thing to think about is you change them all over to what ever you want that way they are all the same then when you go back you change them all again to the same thing but again you dont have to it is just a sugestion

we are not safe at all, they keep coming up with new ways to break into private computes or huge computer systems like the pentagon.

I know I have had a chat about it a week or so ago but it is to make us more aware of what we are doing to lower this threat issue
