Does spam take up your memory? / myLot

Hi, I was wondering In Gmail, does spam Take up your memory? Because I know you have a lot of memory, but if you take all your spam, and put it in the spam folder,Will it take up all your memory? should you delete it instead of filing it as spam?

Did you mean storage space? Why be bothered? Even thousands of mails won't take up much of your storage

And as for spam - everything in that will be deleted after 30 days. Even if you don't delete it, it will eventually be deleted.

You can delete it, once you see that you don't need the mail in there.

Only if you get a lot of spam. Anything in the spam folder is deleted after 30 days.
