Today I cable man came in my home and I ask him why then he was saying a builder wants to their worker can watch the TV programs so I am connecting the cable connection.
In front of our home a new house is developing and the person who is making the building their worker is staying there in a tent and he gives the TV to their worker and put the cable connection also. The worker is doing the work full day and with in one month his house is 50% completed. All walls slaps etc. His worker is doing work till 9am to 9pm. All workers is not from our town but from other city MP side. They are staying here till completing the house. Do you have such experience for your worker or employee or from your boss.

You are right sir if we are good means all world are good and if anything changed needs means start from us. But good people are less and devil are more.

Hi,
Really the person is very kind and nice person. So all workers also do their work honestly. As their employer is behaving with them nicely. Giving them TV and cable connection is really surprising. I never seen such person. You are right good people are also living in this world.

Yes friend his worker doing good work and stand the building with in one month and will be completed with in 3 months. I also surprised when heard this but really he is nice person.

My new boss is very kind and considerate. I remembered when I just
joined the company I was very sick. He did not give me much work so
that I can rest. Recently I was having terrible headache and he even
brewed chamomile mint tea for me. Even my own husband do not do that.
So he is indeed a good employer who take care of his employees. Your
story above is really wonderful, the employees will respect the boss
who appreciates them. They will do a good job for him. It is a win-win
situation.

When it comes to workers, there has actually only been one that I've encountered in my life that has been a person that I really thought was a genuinely good person. This was a few years ago after we got our house and we had new windows installed in the house and he offered to do a little bit of extra work for us without charging us anything beyond the cost of the installation of the windows. This was a huge help for us because we were brand new homeowners and didn't yet realize at that time the expenses that come along with owning a home.

That was so nice of their boss. No wonder his employees work so hard under him. I have worked with bosses who are really nice and very considerate. The last company I worked for is so family-centric that they let people attend to important family gatherings as long as it is justifiable and an immediate family of an employee.

I have seen several such people. I have been blessed by living with people that respect the other human brings. When you start out with that, it is impossible not to treat them as fellow human beings.
