How do you deal with your workmate/housemate after misunderstanding happened?

I'm just curious, there are people that once they have misunderstanding, the friendship is somehow affected and not the same friendship anymore. Though some forget it and moved on but some take it really personally, since our personality is really different with each other. How about you guys, how do you handle this kind of situation, with your workmate and at the same time your housemate too. =)

Well, a lot of times when you work together and live together such in the case of a Business and such it is hard sometimes to be able to work together and live together and not let all the issues relate to everything and make it hard to get anything done. You need to learn how to get along without allowing every misunderstanding affect your living and work relationship. Keeping these seperate will be the Best way to go.

Good discussion topic! You are absolutely right ; it takes a lot of time to get back on to your old footing. Once there is a misunderstanding, things get awry. If the person who offended is forthright and accepts his/her part in the misunderstanding there is a chance to recover cameraderie. If not, it will be strained.
