Are Christians Condemned by Jesus' Words? (Forgive Them for THEY KNOW NOT ...")

I've asked 'shades' of this question before, but--as 'the forgiveness He gave on The Cross' (as opposed to 'the forgiveness early church-leaders MADE out of what He did') was given 'BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO'--I'm wondering how Christians can claim to "know" Jesus, claim to know 'what it was the Jews were doing, & yet also be forgiven? This question came to mind while I was reading Numbers 15:24-28, about the sacrifice the Hebrews were to make for their sins 'made in ignorance.' Is Jesus's forgivness from The Cross saying that we're NOT forgiven if we knew that we were sinning when we sinned?

The scripture that you are speaking of in numbers was way before the birth of Jesus Christ. You are talking about how forgiveness was handled before Jesus.

That's why I said it REMINDED ME OF JESUS' WORDS. JESUS' WORDS were 'forgive them for they know not what they do.'
