How to delete a discussion ?

So far as I know,you can't delete any discussion.However the admin can,if you request him.I too had sent some of my responses that I now think were inappropriate.Now I want to write them again in a different way,but don't know how to do it.I think,requesting the admin is the only way out of the problem.It is perhaps only the admin who can remove the post.

I've never had this happen luckily. Looks like you got your answer. Though I see people wondering about getting past discussion deleted for its content. I haven't had that happen either. Well, hope it works out for you.

I am sure it's already been said, coming into this discussion blind and not seeing previous responses but you can't delete a discussion, something that I would love to see changed when the admin have finished their changes, and an edit button would be well appreciated.
