a daily walk can lengthen our life according to some health experts.Walking is one exercise that can be helpful and not to demanding on any person. Walking is good for everyone. Health speaking, walking is good for maintaining weight, controlling blood pressure and reducing risks of any type of cancer. Do you take time to walk everyday? It is really good for the health.

When I was still a young kid in my town, my classmates and I usually walk at least 20 minutes to go to school and to come back home. It would take us more at times because we are playing and making pranks to each one. We'd also get late because of this. But that is how it is in that town. People walk from one village to the next. Because it is a mountainous place then there would be uphill roads and stairs all over. Young and old walk. I went back two years ago and was glad to see people still walking even if there are more cars now in the streets. Walking also puts one into alertness and unwinds the mind after a stressful day.:)

Of all the workout available, walking is still I consider the best because you just can do it anywhere, anytime and however you look. You need not go to a gym or an exercise venue to do it and it is really a good form of exercise.

I did it everyday to remove my stress. I love walking every morning up to the beach. Morning walk can refresh also your mind and feelings

It is more enjoyable and healthy if you do walk every morning on beaches. I wish I can do the same. The ambiance is good also for meditating.

I woke up at 5:30am and start walking, after 10 minutes I arrived in the beach and witness for awhile the seashore and the clouds. I have an opportunity to see the sunrise in the beach

Wow! I can only do that during summer whenever we take an out of town trip with the whole family. Got stuck in a city life.

I probably should walk more than I do, but I do try to make an effort to take regular walks because it is something that does make me feel pretty good. In addition to that, I also know that it is good for our body because it does help our bodies to flush out toxins and also increases our metabolism. My new thing is that my daughter and I are going to train to do a 5k as soon as the water makes a turn for the better.

Hi, you are right. Walking is very good exercise for our health. by regular walking we can keep us fit and fine. I daily go for walking in the morning. The air is very fresh. the environment is very pleasant so we feel very enthusiastic in the morning. I don't have any health problem because I go for walking everyday.

This is also economical. You need to go paying some gym to do the work out and you need to wear any fancy outfits going there.
