How can a person increase sperm count? Does drinking excess water increases sperm count. My friend told me that he has less sperm count. Less sperm count is harmful or not? Does excessive ejection of sperm spoils one's health?

Overdoing it won't make more sperm at all, but it's a fact that one needs to live a healthy live and at least 1 ejection a week does help. Less or a lot of sperm has nothing to do with ones personal health at all. It's for most part (unless you are seriously ill) dna how much sperm count (living/active/normal one) you have. If there is less sperm count for sure only a doctor can tell what might be the reason and if it's possible at all to increase it or get the amount you do have in a better/healthier condition. It's not about the amount but about the condition of the sperm that counts.

How much does a person has to remove sperm on a daily basis? Do we need to consult doctor for this?

Based on my knowledge, sperm count can be increased by consuming healthy food and reducing stress. Drinking a lot water and excessive injection do not influence sperm count. My friend also experiences problem about lees sperm account, his doctor suggest him to consume sprouts and healthy foods. Now, he has have a baby.
