Still a block in Mylot

This morning, just turned on the computer, I went immediately to my email box to see if some of my friends had written discussions.
So it was and I noticed that many people had started several topics.
I could only respond to two comments, then I had to leave the house for about 10 minutes to make a commission out.
On my return I tried to reconnect in order to finish to comment threads of my friends, butwith amazement negative, I deduced that Mylot once again was out of reach!
I do not understand why sometimes the site goes down!
However understand the fact that Mylor must manage the beauty of more than 250,000 users, and thus sometimes a break shall be inevitable.
Probably for those who perform like me, everyday activity on the site, the down, even if temporary can be annoying.
But on the other hand, I understand that sometimes it is necessary. Infuse also other sites sometimes are stopped for maintenance.

Yes it does happen even in this age. I remember when the internet was young it was even more frequent. There can be many issues with the internet and you are correct sometimes it is a traffic jam. Often it is not the site you are trying to reach at all but one of the computers you need to go through to get there. I did experience this problem today and we live on opposite sides of the ocean.
All in all things can happen with computer systems and I just accept it. Even my PC has problems now and then. After a reboot everything returns to normal.

Well, to me, were taught that, at least for the moment, the informatics is not an exact science to 100%.
Sometimes the computer until just before fully functional, are likely to present defects sudden.
So no surprise about the fact of sudden down several sites including our beloved Mylot!
Even though I was there at the dawn of the internet. My first connection took place exactly 8 March of the year 2000

I'm just amazed how with all the complexities and people using the internet how it manages to function as well as it does. Though there will always be as you said defects recovery is at least possible so far. I can imagine a future where people are around scratching heads not really sure of what is going on.
When things don't work for me I tend to go off and do something else then come back later to see what occurred.

Well, me too when a site does not work properly, I leave it to lose a bit of time (I mean for several hours), then I will try again with the hope that everything is back to normal.

I have experienced the same thing too last night, our local time. It took me half hour of loading before I decided to quit when the note said that the website is unreachable. It's almost midnight when decided to open my computer again, and when I search mylot and opens it, as if nothing happens and loads quickly. I guess, they experienced some technical problems again but I'm glad they are back in no time.

Well, even this morning, it is repeated again the same thing. Ie once again, Mylot was unreachable.
But I believe that everything is due to maintenance work on the site. All this, while waiting for the relase the new version of the site.

You have answered my doubt/question. yesterday I spent nearly 30 mins in getting access to mylot and I could not. Nowadays I do not log in frequently and hence I was not aware of problems in acessing mylot. I know earlier about six/nine months back we use to have such troubled times and they will be sorted out. Today I am able to access relatively easy. good day.

Well, I notice that since more than two months, Mylot spends much more time to update our financial gain daily. But then pays giving us the amount due.
Maybe it is also due to the fact that the new release is coming out now that Mylot has a problem to be fix.

Yes Mylot goes down from time to time, I hope this problem get fixed, I know Mylot must be working on this site, because if they weren't, it would go down so much like it does,with all the users that Mylot has, I think this site will be, around a long time.

Well, we therefore hope that these problems inherent in Mylot, are resolved as quickly as possible.
