We love to eat but to those who are health conscious and even figure conscious people, it makes them feel like some kind of afraid to eat much thus depriving themselves the joy and pleasure of eating. There are ways of eating well without starving to death because of fear of gaining much weight. The joy of eating well is that we should also eat for pleasure and good health not because of weight loss or trim our body down to attract people and make them worship our perfect body. Have you deprived yourself the joy of eating because you are too much concerned on dieting?

No. Oh, I can certainly eat! One day I was eating raw vegan organic continuously all day without going to the toilet even once from lunch time until late at night. I couldn't believe it! I felt fantastic all day & all the next day too. For pleasure & for health, eh? This will depend on not so much how much we eat, but what we eat. It is much better on the vegan raw food organic diet - we won't have to worry about such things at all... & still have 'the perfect body'!

This was a mistake that I made several times when I was younger. However, it really didn't take me all that long to realize that it was more difficult to lose weight if I was depriving myself of something that I loved. So I realized then that moderation is a much more effective way of losing weight than depriving yourself of things that really aren't that good for you. I've been much more successful with weight control since I've been moderating instead of depriving.

I am trying to trim my "bilbil" (a bit bulging upper stomach), so i dance to exercise and do some vigorous exercise, 1 hour for at least 3x a week. In addition, i don't eat rice at night sometimes, only boiled peanuts. But i do eat foods specially at parties , but without rice. Thus, my waist would get smaller, my tummy a bit flatter. But overall i would be thinner, which i don't like because i already like my weight as it is. It's indeed a problem to me because i have to do it also since the doctor recommends it to regularize my bad cholesterol.

Some peole are into dieting, some are don't care. But i think dieting (for trimming our body) is important for some people who have 'too much weight' since fat is not healty and not pleasing to the eyes too. As for me, i don't want to have 'too much weight' too, but i still enjoy eating the nice and delicious foods, with a good proportion, not too much, and every day i doing exercises, work out, etc. To lose some unnecesarry fat. And build up my body.

in the past days i tried to diet and sometimes i even starved my self.. but i learned that it is a wrong way to loose weight.. because i end up eating a lot because i am so hungry.. so now i tried eating all i want but in moderation.. and i choose healthy foods.. instead of junk food for snack i just grab a fruit.. everything in moderation will do us no harm.. starving ourselves for the sake of dieting is bad for our health..
